Hey all - once again Im posting this in hopes that an AGian that loves detailing and wants to take it a bit further is willing to jump on the B & B Detailing band wagon! Tyson plans on moving to Georgia and starting a B & B out there, I may be moving to Texas and starting a B & B out there! So for the next year we want to train the right person to take over B & B TN. This is a GREAT opportunity. Im trying one last time on AG before posting locally for an applicant. This position requires and individual that can :

* Learn Quickly

* Has great people skills

* Can manage others

* Obviously pays attention to detail

* Takes pride in his/her work


We need a minimum 1 Year to train the right individual to detail autos, rvs, buses, boats, and aircraft to our standards. Please send your resume to [email protected] - Thanks AGians! :buffing:

You are offering a great opportunity there Anthony. If it was down my way I know I could find you somebody to run it. Hope you do indeed find a motivated and driven individual to really help the brand grow.

Anthony I though you had an AGO member on the hook......the first time you posted,several months ago..........didn't work out?

Had a gentleman that said he would come down and check out ops - but then asked for compensation when initially that wasn't an issue...... We can't compensate for MAYBES! This is a great opportunity and will work for anyone driven.... that simple!

A 147 views and 6 responses....I am going to go out on a limb here......Anybody in this Area or even close, that wants to take there detailing to the upper level, this is the opprotunity Knocking.

This a win win for anybody, who really wants to get into detailing.

Anthony is a prime example of hard work and determination to make things go to what he has put into plan.

Well my partner and I discussed pay tonight..... we are considering $400 base a week + 50% of any sales over 2,000 a week. With this said, we were taking in around 5,000 a week last year in the peak season - so that calculates to be around $7600 a month! BUT - that is when we were pushing it, and it would be expected from YOU as well :dblthumb2:
 
Ifin you was in central Ms, id seriously consider it because im looking for a job change at the moment and ive recently got bit by the detailing bug. I wish you good luck though.
 
Man Anthony, this is truly a great opportunity especially for someone just starting to get into detailing professionally.

You already have a clientele already built and one that will continue to grow through good work and proper word of mouth. To fill the shoes of Tyson and yourself though is a daunting task though if you think about it, especially for those of us who follow your work on here. So that should be kept in mind when posting a proposal as serious as this.

Your actually one of the reasons that inspired me, and why I decided to take the leap and go full time in my detailing career. If I wasn't already neck deep in getting mine open I would take you up on this offer in a heartbeat. Are you considering franchising the B & B name?

FWIW, my email to his [email protected] bounced this morning. His domain is still up but his stmp is throwing 550 errors so I don't know what's up, I hope everything is ok...

Yes indeed this could be a great step for somebody who would love to go further in detailing hands down. I myself am looking to do that myself but hard to fine those openings here in Carpentersville, IL. Good luck in your search, even great detailers will always learn from others.:xyxthumbs:
