You should get your blood sugar checked. Oh by the way try being 60 and detailing like me. You have a long way to go.

As has been mentioned, drink lots of water. If you aren't peeing at least once an hour, you're not drinking enough.

I have a simple formula that works for me. First thing I do is plan ahead to spend the entire day detailing the car. I start early in the morning before the heat of the day. I typically do the inside first since the interior can get pretty dang hot in the summer. Then I wash the car and dry it. I let the sun completely dry it, then move it into the garage and take a break. It's typically getting close to lunch time by now so I take a break.

I then begin detailing the exterior. I take my time and take frequent breaks. It's not uncommon for me to finish the car late in the afternoon or if I feel like I'm starting to rush due to fatigue, I quit for the day and finish the next morning.

Hahaha It's so hot and humid down here in Florida, last summer I did a 4 hour detail, drank 17 bottles of water and never peed! I drink a lot of water daily anyway, not a soda drinker, but that was one for the record books.

It sounds like your body is spent like numerous people have said. From wrestling I have been through it all with weight cutting and the exercise load. Don't worry about drinking Gatorade as much as water. Gatorade is mostly sugar, which will actually make your stomach upset. Eat good food, and snack throughout the day. Eat things such as nuts and what not. Drink water a day at least in advanced and don't be afraid of things with salt as it helps retain water in your body.

Also eat more fruit then you may be eating before the detail like oranges or bananas or apples, it will help with the vitamins and electrolytes to fuel you're body for a long time.

Yes sounds like low blood sugar. You could keep some Skittles around and if you have low blood sugar this should help.

You have healthcare now....Affordable Care Act

I would see a doctor

IMO...
Another thing worth pointing out:
Yes! It's good to be well-nourished...But:

Watch your fiber uptake.

If I'm not mistaken...
I believe you're a mobile-detailer. But that doesn't always guarantee how nimble of a detailer you'll be, if/or when: that-time comes!!

Psh I wish. I have heart palpitations at least 5 times a day some times more some times less. I went to my Dr and he referred me to a cardiologist but since I don't have medical insurance my only option was to walk outside and croak lol. I applied for that Obama care and it said I'd have to pay $400 a month... Idk what's affordable about the affordable care act but it's certainly something I can't afford. So I applied for Medicaid and it's been pending for 5 months now.

As far as water goes it's all I drink. My guess would be I drink about 2-3 gallons a day. I've always had this shaking thing go on since I was young. When ever I do anything that is labor intensive I get the shakes.

I thought for sure more people went through this and it was normal. Now I'm starting to think I need to go to the Dr. I just had a bunch of blood work done. Everything came back normal except I might have non alcoholic fatty liver disease. Although my levels weren't super high so it's nothing to worry about at this time.

I used to not take care of my body which is why I think I have so many weird problems at the moment. Up until 5 months ago all I drank was Dr pepper, I drank beer often, ate fast food every day, smoked, hardly ever slept and drank a glass of water once a month at times. Funny thing is I'm 5'10" and have never been more then 170 lbs. Now though I haven't had a beer or Dr pepper in 5 month eat fast food maybe 3 times a month, only drink water, and get to bed early every night. Smoking is one thing I'd like to quit but it's much easier said then done. Craving a cigg is like being super hungry and craving food. I've tried patches and a vape the patches gave me terrible nightmares and with the vape I found my self craving that on top of a cigg lol

I have a big detail on tues so on Wed I'm going to make a Dr appointment since apparently this isn't normal.

You may be drinking too much water! Go online and search for "can you drink too much water". From what I read at 170 pounds you should be drinking 85 ounces which is less than a gallon though you may need more while working strenuously. Two to three gallons may be overload! You take your body weight, divide it by two, and that's the number of ounces of water you should be drinking per day. Three gallon of water equals 384 ounces and that may an overload to your system. Something else to think about and discuss with your Doctor.

Isn’t it a bit unnerving that Doctors call
what they do: "practice"?

Haha that's my all time favorite comedian. I saw him in Vegas when the stardust was still around and when he walked out it was dead silent and I yelled out "I love you" lol. He passed away about a year later. My favorite thing he said about doctors is " with process of elimination, somewhere in the world is the worst doctor. Worst part is he has an appointment tomorrow morning" lol

I should have said when I'm working I'll drink about 2 or 3 gallons. It's probably not even 2 but it's definitely more then 1.

Best way to determine if you're drinking enough water is if your urine is yellow, you're not drinking enough. It should be clear. Unfortunately I speak from experience (kidney stones). I learned this lesson the hard way.

I'm no doctor, but I'm in the medical field and studying for my MPH and PA. Sounds like your having low blood sugar and smoking will contribute to the shaking. As for the pre work out I wouldn't suggest that. Pre work are a waste of money, good nutrition is the only answer. Supplements are just a $$$ factory. Eat clean sugars, no added sugars (like in Gatorade suggestion). Try packing some fruits in a container and snack half way during your details. See how that goes.

Eat better, rest, water and Definitely see a doctor. What the doctor says goes unless you get a second opinion from another doctor.

All of these including mine are just opinions and try to stop smoking. I need to kick that habit too so I can relate on that aspect.

This is just my opinion, however, until you kick the habit take your smoke breaks until your done with the job. My case is different than others and if I did it during the job I'd be pretty much useless for a while, and at the same time your getting older. (Not sure your age) but we aren't 15, 18 yrs old anymore.

Good luck and hopefully it's just a minor change you'll have to do.

Praying helps a lot too.
