Awwwww... what a little charmer! Thanks for posting these!! I am surprised she is not sitting on a can of #16.... hee hee
Looks like you might want to check that ear - when my min pin's did that it was due to her scratching due to an ear infection.
Go Shelby!

I was looking for a brand new 500 HP Mustang!!!!!!!!!! Cute critter.

LOL can't quite swing the Shelby mustang just the pit bull verion. lt she has an ear infection (yeast) that we are treating her for. That pic was the same day we took her to the vet for her shots. She gets micro chipped in a few days....

Go Shelby!
My Min Pin has an ear infection right now for a couple weeks, kinda dry and red compared to a normal looking ear inside. She keeps scratching, we have an anti-biotic gel/cream to rub inside but doesn't seem to help:(

My min pin is my baby. Nice Pitty wystang.

this is Brutus...8 months...bull footed...runs sideways.....poops...eats...farts...then usually poops again...its why we love him...thankfully he never goes to the bathroom in the house...

Shelby is a good size for her age...it'll skyrocket in the next couple weeks..shes a cutie..

Yeah she can't seem to figure out carpet is not grass. And those wee wee pads didn't help squat. Although a flying shoe seems to make her hold it just a little longer LOL (I don't hit her lol)

everytime you see her do the pee squat clap your hands real loud and yell to surprise her and that usually stops a dog from peeing..then take her outside and wait till she pees...may take 10 to 15 minutes and reward her with treats and petting...she will associate going to the bathroom outside as a way to get rewards and attention...

I've tried that and still she goes upstairs poops or pees then comes down stairs like nothing happend. By then it's two late to decipline her and no point and telling her no. She gets everything else like sit and stay she does it just not "dammit dog stop peeing" go figure :-/

Wytang when my 2 pitts where pups..I took them out every hour...I would say ..go Pee and they would go to the door...I would walk them and when 1 did Pee i would say good boy you go Pee ..pet him and give a treat...same with going poop...now they are 2 years old and when I take them out and say poop..they squat and poop...or Pee...they are very smart dogs..do not under estimate them...also play with thier feet alot so you can cut thier nails...

As they get older they will try to control you..thats why they are called bully dogs....show her you are the pack leader....I would pin my dogs till they would submit..now we have a understanding who is boss....

They are not your average dog...they have strong instincts..most Intelligent dogs I ever owned...and most agile..my dogs can run and jump over the bed of my truck like it was nothing..

they can be chewers also...I do not give my dogs rawhide or any of the green dental chews..it can choke them..I give them plain Marrow bones from the market...and a Nylabone...

Your pup is very good looking....has great face features...and colors...mine is a blue nose and one is a red nose...both are over 75 pounds now..and eat like a horse..

have fun with your new kid and enjoy and love it ...

Al

First time that I heard what you named her. What a neat name. She's a sweetie.
I'm with Al on trips outside. It always speeded up housebreaking with our dogs.
Just learned this watching "Dog Whisperer". When the Mother dog wants to show the little one something is unacceptable she will nip the pup on the cheek. He said similate doing that with a quick, soft pinch on the cheek. It really works with my dog, and she was already well trained.

Here's proof:
