So I saw this on the Phoenix Craigslist, and wasn't sure what to think:

LINK REMOVED : Shinex

Now, I've never heard of 'Shinex' before, and to be honest, my initial thought was that the tubs have seen a fair bit of fading.. but I figured I'd see if anyone else had any thoughts.

If the stuff is any good, $5 a tin isn't a terrible price.. although it's not a great price either.

It's crap spend some money and buy something good if you want wax.

Yeah figured as much, but thought I'd ask anyways, in case it was something worth trying.

I've already ordered a bottle of Collinite 845 from AG. Looking forward to using it after I've done a full paint correction on my car. Going to layer it over Meg's NXT 2.0 paste.

Uhhhh, don't put Collinite over that. Just use Collinite by itself. The NXT will make it not last as long.

Collinite 845 has better longevity than NXT 2.0

If you are going to layer, put the longest lasting product on first.

Hmm.. I always thought that sealant went on first, then wax. Since NXT is a sealant and Collinite a wax (I thought), I figured this was the right order.

You're correct, save that collinite is not your typical wax.

Give the NXT away to a friend or family member because once you use #845 its all over💡

Perhaps you could share your personal experience with Shinex. I have never used it myself and hate to dismiss products I have no experience with.
