Who would I talk to about having the wrong product shipped? I ordered the Lake Country 7.5 CCS Pads- 6 PACK but instead I recieved the 6.5 inch pads. Now I have to tell a couple of customers that I will have to delay their detail till I get the right size pads in.
 
speak with Meghan or Jason or Dwayne, and repair is certain. Apologies send on behalf of the entire crew.

Dwayne got me taken care of from a pad mistake in shipping last week.

AG's CS is top notch!!!
 
I hope these mistakes don't happen all the time...;) I am trying to find a good supplier for my chemicals and pads.

This is only the second time I've ever heard of this happening .Ag always makes good don't have any worries they won't
 
Had a little glitch in my order today. Ordered Menzerna Power Lock 16 oz. Got my confirmation email, and it showed up as being $29.99 instead of the sale price of $24.99. I called back right away, and Penny fixed it for me no problem. Also am exchanging some products (gonna get DP Poli-Coat, DP Auto Bath, a Meguiar's wash mitt, and some 5.5 inch pads. Woohoo! Im the MAN), and the transaction has been a breeze. Gotta love that great customer service! Props to Auto Geek! :dblthumb2: :cheers: :righton:

These guys and girls are the best.THEY SHIP ALOT OF STUFF SOMETIMES MISTAKES HAPPEN .YOU WILL NOT FIND BETTER CUSTOMER SUPPORT ANY WEAR
