Sorry my friend but its Saturday and I just got the PM. Of course we will replace it no problems. I would like you to return it so we can see what happened. We have not changed anything and they should not come apart even in a dryer. We upgraded the glue just after launching the product in the fall and they are made with a super strong glue that can withstand washing machine and dryer. Just send it back to the address below and we will send a new one right out. Also please give us a chance to respond, we try our best to be very quick about solving problems but we also have to take off sometimes like on the weekends.

Thanks,

i'll send it out on monday, what's the best way to package those? can i put it in a small box and kinda fold it in half? cause i don't want to pay too much for shipping.

You can compress it all the way if you want and just put in a postal envelope. It will less than $1.00 to send this way. Also if you can post some pics that will be helpful until it arrives. I will send out a new one on Monday. It was a White/Yellow correct?

:applause: Amazing customer service from both AutoGeek and Edge products!!
That's why I shop here!!

ouch....try to keep from running it over with the lawn mower lol jk..ya never seen that before

Wow! Nope I've never seen that happen before either.

That's got to be an older one with older glue. Only happened to me once.

Aaron will make it right. Always has.......always will!

Try a boars hair brush. They are really nice.

I was using a sea sponge for the past year with good results, but decided to try out something different, so I ordered a boars hair brush. It's a fantastic wash medium. Gentle, rinses clean, wide wash area, gets into areas no mitt can. The only negative I can find is that when it's wet, it smells like wet boar hair. ;)

i really like the shmitt, plus i don't really want to spend 50 bucks on a brush, boy.... those things are pricey

They are a bit pricey. That's what prevented me from buying one sooner. But after one wash I felt it was worth it.

I too, have never had any problems. I have noticed more lately though. I must say that my EDGE products are over 3-4 months old. I wonder if there's been a change with the glue process or just the glue..........

The thing is, I wash all of my pads and ShMitts on warm and on the toughest wash cycle. I never dry them in the dryer though.

So would it be a fair statment to say your older EDGE products have some problems?

I have a problem with my wheel schmitt as it was one of the first batches and had the old glue on it. I contacted Aaron and sent him pictures and he had me a new one sent out the same week. Nice customer service.

i just shipped out my shmitt to the address that The Edge gave me earlier.
Check your PM for the tracking number
