My first time ordering from autogeek was awesome! Order came in 5 days.
ordered again and it's been 3 weeks. Still waiting. It's frustrating!! My favorite online store
is Detail Image but not enough selection.
 
You need to call customer service that is not normal (3 WEEKS) I had a back order delay but never that long.

What is your order number and I will take a look, 3 weeks is a bit crazy for any reason.
 
Got the package. Took forever to get here... fedex sent it to the wrong addy too. Had to drive there to get it. The contents look good.
 
I had frozen steaks go to my old house with my new houses address on the box. UPS driver knew my name was unique and thought I still lived in it. I had to ask the renters if they got a delivery to get them to give me my steaks. They were going to have a nice party on my dime.

We are sorry for the delay with the package at the time we were trying Smart Post but we are back to using USPS as it is a faster method. On your next order please give me a call or send a email I will include some freebies.
