Short initial XMT 180 wax review (picture heavy 56k good luck)

it doesnt look as wet as Souveran paste, but depth seems apparent as does a slightly darker appearance of the finish. Blue looks deeper and nice reflection.

nice review man! you beat me to it, i got the bike all xmt180'd up and was waiting to go review it when i got the time, then bam! you got me! lol

that car came out better than my bike! did you like using it overall?

i liked it, except im not a grape fan... so...

Overall yes it was easy on/off on a hot surface which is what I work with. Good clear reflections with a touch of wet. On a solid color I would use it as much as souveran, the paint being metallic with flakes I fell Sig II/Maxwax and the like has a better visual apeal.

the other guy that posted about 180 said it made the flakes pop on the truck and not dull them... so which is it? getting two different things. thursday when i do that black solid truck i will try some on my wife's silver corolla, she's got a pretty good amount of flake on it
The difference is I used AIO/180 while the other reviewer used XMT360/180. I suspect the XMT 360 is asisting in flake pop.

Very nice! thanks for the pics!
I wish I could have gotten better "bare paint" pics as I was just as curious as you to see. The sun was just to intense to allow a good none glare mattalic/flake pic before and after.

That could work I just normally don't mix waxs/sealants. You could do a sealant then top it with XMT 180. Something like UPP/180 or 360/180 should work out just fine.

LS is a sealant?? Huh? Then why do people do Wolfgang DG and then put LS on top of that?

No LS is a caraunba I said I normally don't mix waxs or sealants (wax/sealants).

I've only tried WG on white and it looked real good. I ended up picking up a second bottle when it went on sale. When the durabilty test of 180 is done WG gets it's turn to shine ;)

neat wax, seems like a mix between souveran and maxwax, deepening yet more reflective while muting flakes, but not as much as souveran, where is this was officially supposed to stand in the ag line up ?

sorry for all the ? but im about to start using these products and want to make sure i know how to use them properly.

From my experience Klasse AIO tends to "mute" metallic flakes n darken the tone of the paint. so 180 just add wetness and more depth to the high gloss acrylic shine of AIO. Acrylic/carnauba is my fav combo
While 360 maybe more of polymer thus 360/180 pops more flake just as poliseal/OCW combo does.
Just my 2 cents
