I recently placed & received my first order from AG & just wanted to say a BIG thank you to Penny who looks after international orders. (I'm in Australia)
This was my first detailing order & I spent quite a bit (to me) so wanted to make sure I got the best that I could. Due to this I must have changed contents of my order a dozen times, adding/removing products (after finding a better product than was currently part of my order for example) & as I was using a freight-forwarder, each time this was done I needed updates on new shipping box weights & sizes.
Penny was happy to help & very patient where I think a lot of companies &/or their employees may have given up & told me to either finalize my order or go elsewhere...
Also a product arrived at the freight-forwarding company damaged & Penny very quickly had a replacement sent out, no questions asked.
