Well I figure Meghan is a hard workin woman who needs to know how much we appreciate her:awesome:

For me my UDM broke down end of last week... and who did I call? Meghan. She had it shipped out to me Thursday and I got it today!!! She has always gone above and beyond to take care of me. And I'm sure she's done the same for all of you. So share a testimony and let her know that you appreciate her.

Hey Scott nothing personal against you... I just haven't quite figured out how you're involved with AG:o Guess that's my fault. But I know your technical advice is second to none!!!
 
It seems I somehow mess up every single order I place with AG, & all I have to do is send a p/m to Meghan & she gets them all straightened out!! :applause: :applause: Thanks a bunch, Meghan for always going above & beyond!!:grouphug:
 
Meghan has definitely gone above and beyond. I had a huge order ready to go a few months ago, but AG's product website still had no Supreme Guzzlers in stock. It was a Saturday and I was hoping to give it as a gift with other AG products to my dad, the next Saturday. PM'd Meghan and she told me to call her while she looked in the warehouse. I called her and she had found one for me, and it was at her desk awaiting the rest of my order. Since it was a large order, I placed the order via internet, and she made sure she added the Guzzler to the shipment. It all arrived on Thursday, in time to surprise my dad on Saturday.

I told Meghan about my CObra Jr linting, and had me either contact Dwayne or Jason. I went on live chat and talked with Dwayne. I am getting a replacement and I thank Meghan and Dwayne for their help! AG's customer service is absolutely the best I've experienced.
 
Meghan is a gem! She is customer service! The dictionary should just have her picture as the definition.

I can't recount the many times she has helped me. She is a top reason why so many of us are loyal to AG. Come to think of it, Max should give her a huge raise!
 
Meghan is great! I noticed the thumb was starting to tear on my Schmitt. Mentioned it to Meghan and she took care of it, no questions asked! She's great! :awesome:
She always steps up to the plate, we needed some for the football league, Meghan's in. She didn't even know how to play, but she was in! Plus, she got others to join in on the fun!

if anyone likes to pay Meghan back, I highly suggest ordering some doughnuts, a small cake, or other sweet and mail it to AG. (hint, hint)
 
I placed an order over a holiday weekend and forgot to include a couple of things. I figured no way it would go out before Tuesday so waited until then to call Meghan. She told me the order was already on the way as many had worked over the holiday weekend getting orders out (why didn't this surprise me - because AG always goes the extra mile). I figured oh well win some lose some, but Meghan asked what I was missing I told her and not only did she ship it out to me but gave me some great product advice during our conversation. As Reddwarf said when you look up Customer Service in the dictionary there should be a pic of Meghan!
 
I really wish I could find someone that would hand deliver her a 12pk. Meghan's a great person.

Please disregard this statement! :D NO more sweets, and thanks for the thread but I am just doing my job. :grouphug: All of you make my job easy, thank you! ;)

When there's a problem it seem everyone always goes to Meghan and she always takes great care of them. I can honestly say I really have not had any problems with my AG orders. I guess I need to make up something so I can send Meghan a PM about it. ;)

Meghan is awesome!! I had a problem with my shmitt. She has a new one out to me in the same day!! It will be arriving today, you cant beat that. A long time ago I had a problem with Natty's blue. I sent one e-mail. The first e-mail I received from AG was a full refund. No questions asked!

I call AG and talk to Meghan and told her of my problem (LC CCS Orange Pad) which i only had about 4 hrs on it in 2 or 3 months and she shipping a new one out to me. Now that's beyond the call of duty in my case and best customer service i have gotten in a long time. Hope Max reads these post's and give her a good pay raise when the times comes for her.
