Show 'N Shine: The biggest coating job to date!!! CQuartz Finest.

Beautiful work. The outcome achieved on that Ford especially being white is fantastic. How much time total invested? Thanks for posting and sharing the pictures and write up.

Great work, Claude!

Thanks Zach!

Amazing, awesome work right there my friend.
Congrats on a job well done.

I appreciate it Kevin! Do you want the next one for your "rehab" ?? lol!

Nice work Claude! What was used on the wheels/exhaust tips? They look great! Keep up the good work.

The wheels were washed, clayed, IronX 3 times and hand polished with an all purpose MF (wrapped on a Carpro block, and around a finger in tight areas) and I used the least aggressive of the Menzerna products mentioned to get the work done. It was a lot of tinkering but the job got done!

The exhaust tip were "beautified" using P21s. I'll post up a couple of before and after in a while.

That truck looks amazing. Your work is an inspiration!
What did you use to safely polish the chrome on the grill?

Thanks! The front grill was not bad at all just used the same technique I used on the wheels (CarPro block wrapped with all purpose MF) and SF4000 (to remove the watermarks and old staining from bug splatters). Since the chrome on plastic is soooo thin, you want to go as light (abrasive and pressure) as you can because if you mess up you are done!

Thanks for adding the full pic love those huge fords nice work on the chrome.

Thanks bud! (and you are welcomed)

I believe in all we had about 32 man hours (which included washing and scrubbing the lineX bed liner, washing, claying and sealing the Retrax bed cover.... which I did not mention in the main presentation. I also did not mention it but all the hard plastic were restored)

Beautiful work and documentation Claude! The pictures look incredible! Love the sun setting shot!

Thanks Mike! The sun setting one is also a favorite of mine.

Here is the exhaust tip transformation using

P21s polishing soap P21S Polishing Soap - State-of-the-art German metal-polishing technology is now available from P21S.

.....and the results!

Chris had asked the question which I buried with the rest of the replies, so no wonder you may have missed it. My reply to him was:

"I believe in all we had about 32 man hours (which included washing and scrubbing the lineX bed liner, washing, claying and sealing the Retrax bed cover.... which I did not mention in the main presentation. I also did not mention it but all the hard plastic were restored)"
