This handsome boy belongs to one of my gardening clients. He is a very happy and social dog who is missing his playmate after she had to be put down a few weeks ago.

He and my dog had a great afternoon together whilst I trimmed and tidied.

theres a rescue about 45 miles west of here. started last year by a 23 year old woman. shes done some remarkable things with dogs already. this is her latest addition. never saw the light of day or had any interaction with anyone for his first 5 months(along with his litter mates).
she is very creative naming the dogs- bug, jet, deeker, chubbers....

Here's a link to our cat's Facebook page Fuzzy Buddies. I didn't want any pets, so my wife and kids compromised and we own five exotic shorthair cats - Aggador, Armand, Sqwooshy, Pudge, and Gizmo (aka Aggy, Mondo, Madam Hiss, Pudgels, and Gizzy Mo Mo). Fuzzy Buddies - Home | Facebook

Just like me, the little man needed his coat today.

My wife used an old sheet to make a shade tent for this one while she was tanning.
Of course fat head found the biggest hole and made it bigger.

Lol

Saw this little one right next to the path where I take my dogs for a walk. Normally coiled up in the sun, ignoring everyone. Must be looking for a warm spot this morning, the "feels like" temp was about 4C this morning. View attachment 69798

I "liked" your post but definitely didn't like the subject.

Yeah, I'm nervous every time I walk past, especially when I can't see it. There's another couple of spots where I've seen small brown snakes. I carry a very bright torch so I can check those spots as I go by.

The weather is turning cool, so I bought them some new bedding for their dog houses yesterday, this is what I found this morning. I usually screw them down so they can't drag them out. Luckily it was only $15. View attachment 69846

Lol Dave.

Reminds me of the time I had this idea to get a kiddie pool one summer for my idiots.

I have one those as well, but made out of hard plastic. I woke up one morning and they'd moved it a few metres, with the water in it, and they were proud of themselves.

My buddy regularly comes out at night to sit under the front post light and catch bugs ...

I'd loan him to you but do you have a toad house for him to chill in during the daytime ?

I do not. If I did, it would just end up toppled over and our friend there would meet a gruesome end. :(
