Someone has had a productive (destructive) evening.

I think this is a pretty cool picture of my cat. I turned this picture into a photo tile.

My other cat being lazy…

Make sure you don’t grab her/him (lazy one) and try to buff off some polish.

After a “hard day” of sleeping in with Mom on her day off, taking a long walk, then a ride in the Jeep, we need to relax Dammit!! :p

Dogs truly have the life!

Actually cats have it a little better, because they can easily jump over any backyard wall, compared to dogs who are easily contained and lead very boring lives.lol.
Not this guy, he's happy sharing the recliner with me at night, or finding a sunny window sill during the day. If he sees an outside door opening, he hides. He's strictly an inside cat. View attachment 73373

Ahh yes, I’ve had a couple of cats like that before.. My current 2 cats both started as strays so they’re naturally outdoor/indoor cats. Crazy thing is I don’t know what I’d do if I were to have to move.

I think I’d suddenly be a bit nervous about letting them go outside, but at the same time they’d probably go nuts within a few hours of being locked indoors. Lol.

Cats are super intelligent. They’d go exploring a couple days and then find their way back to you.

They could also be intelligent to a fault and walk their butts all the way back to their old home.. I once had a cat that disappeared for about 8 days, I literally shed a tear because I thought she had died, only to have her arse show up out of nowhere knocking on my door over a week later looking like she had just ran a marathon.

It took me a while to figure out exactly what happened. It was raining outside that night, and she decided to find dry shelter inside the spare tire underneath my fathers truck… The following morning my pops gave me a ride to work about 15 miles away. I faintly recalled hearing a cats meow at a couple of stop lights but didn’t think much of it. Well my cat must’ve made an exit somewhere if not during the moment I dropped off but I never saw her.

It took over a week for that cat to find her way back home but she did it. All cats can do that. Their sense of smell is that good! I could not believe it when I saw that cat. I heard her walking up from the next house over in total disbelief it was like a miracle she was alive. Lol

But I’m not necessarily worried about my cats not being able to survive or stay home, I’d be more worried that they’re too nice and might wind up inside a strangers house or run into unknown situations. All the neighbors here know my cats and my cats know the territory very well.

Look who got two new toys today. :D

Keeping me company while I worked today.
