Ok, I have been falling wayyyyy behind on my C&B's, so here is the first of a couple.

Both of these are owned by a local farmer that has had me detail his equipment for him for over a year. Farmer has me wash/wax all his equipment at different intervals during the year, more when they are done with them for the year.

First up is a 1998 Case IH 1644 Axial-Flow Combine. No wax on this one, just a wash and interior.

Poorboys Slick and Suds to wash
Super Green for tires/wheels/greasy areas
Air Dry
Poly Protectant on tires
IG on all glass
Quickshine on interior, Poly Pro on floor

Only took about 2hrs, most of which was powerwashing some black corn crud off of ALL the exterior.

Thanks for looking

Wow! You're detailing all of the BIG toys. Thanks for the pics, all of the vehicles look great.

Ah come on you haven't lived till you had to wax (by hand) and combine. I had too once when I was younger for punishment. SUCKED!

I don't think it'd still wax one...

Oh, i've had to, we had an older IH that I had to wash for punishment as well. Duragloss #101 at the time lol.

I feel your pain... What was it? Old 710? 1400 series? 815?

We have a 615, first one with a cab in the area. Trying to get it to run again, but it's so worn out it's a lost cause

WOW I haven't seen a 615 since I was a kid. My uncle still has his 715, and old 13 foot grain head, and 4 row corn head. Uses it very rarely now, only if his 1480 is down. Let me tell you when he got that thing it was like night and day when I got to run corn and beans... Made life a lot easier!

Yeah, I wished we had the 715, the extra power and the diesel option would have been nice. We have had both of our heads go to the scrap yard, only thing left is the combine. Would love to get it running, but easier said than done lol

That spray rig looks like it's for outer space. The paint on that Kenworth looks spectacular but you also have all of that metal looking great. Others looks great also.

I never realized the 615 wasn't a diesel. We have a old M Farmall that was gas run. Couldn't find the filter assembly or replacement filters for a long time. So we had to keep washing out the old filter, and cleaning it. Thank god for the power of the internet, we were able to get a new assembly...

haha, ouch, yeah the 615 had a diesel option I think, but it wasent as popular b/c it was a little heavier. The little 6cyl gas model ran good for allot of years.
