Sick of constant AG emails....what can I do?

Hey guys,

The past couple of months I have been getting a daily bombardment of emails into my inbox from the forum. It's basically forum posts/thread update emails. I get these no matter if there is an update to the thread or not.

I have gone into my user settings and disabled all subscriptions to every singe thread, however I still get a daily dose of close to 30-40 emails minimum. Really sick of this to be honest.

Is there any way to stop this or is this just another (of several) annoyances since the forum "upgrade"?

Any one else facing issues like this, apart from the delayed emails?

Admins/Mods, any input? I don't want this thread to get ignored like the last one :)
 
I would say since you already went into the control panel and turned off subscriptions, that since the notifications are over a month behind, it may take a month to flush out all the old notifications...sorry.

That is understandable and acceptable mostly because theres way too many bugs anyways. Thanks for the reply! At least they will flush out eventually.
 
Since I use gmail, I just created a filter that blocked / deleted the forum updates.

Any topic of discussion is never ignored. We're human, so some stuff does slip by us, but rest assured we're here because we care. ;)

With that being said, the forum is still undergoing some changes behind the scenes.

The emails will be resolved soon. :xyxthumbs:
