Hello,
today my package is going to arrive, but im at school untill 5 o clock, and my parents are working. Do you normally need to sign for the package when you recieve something from AG? This is my first order, and its worth about 345 dollars, so im guessing ill need to sign. :( Does price matter when it comes to signing for packages? BTW it shipped with UPS.

ive never had to sign for anything unless its over i think 500 dollors.ups just leaves everything on my porch.so when im driving home i can see a box from down the road on my door step.then comes the smile:p

The driver will leave the package as long as he/she feels comfortable with it, which they usually always do. If the driver has had a lot of claims for stolen packages or if you live in an apt complex, then they will not leave it. Next time you order you can put in the notes, No Signature Required.

The last time I got a package from AG, UPS just left it at the front door (No one was home).

nice, sounds like i wont need to sign! :) I live in a nice neighborhood, nothing is ever stolen. i cant wait!

Yeah, like Meghan said, it depends on the area. If I know what day they are delivering, I will leave my side door to the garage unlocked. Then he will put the package in the garage and lock it when he leaves.

usually UPS doesn't do it. I know that back when I used to get packages from FedEx, signature confirmation was usually included with their regular shipping price.

However, that may have changed by now. Also, I think sig confim is a separate option on UPS Ground, unless the insured value is over a certain amount.

But yea, for the most part, it depends on the driver. The driver that comes around here is pretty cool, if I'm not home, then he hides it in a certain spot (which I won't tell you all where it is :p) that I can see easily but a random passer-by would not be able to.

I know my UPS guy by name. If I'm home he always stops and chats with me and he'll give my dog a treat. If he has to leave the package theres always a treat on the top of the box for Jo.
She loves the UPS guy (so do I).:o

never have to sign, so i hope it stays that way because ups arrives while i am at work!
enjoy your package!
