This Thursday we'll be applying Cucumber Explosion to Chris's 2011 Synergy Camaro!

Just got off the phone with Chris and have confirmed the Mystery Car will be here on December 1 for a brand new video with our special guest PJ from Dodo Juice.
Here's our Mystery Car, it's Chris's 2011 Synergy Green Camaro
The fun starts at 5:00pm on Thursday and goes to 10:00pm so clear your schedules and plan to be here for a night of learning and lot of fun too!

I agree. I'm not even a fan of the color green but I love the Synergy Green color, it's definitely eye-catching.
I'm really looking forward to seeing how it looks in the studio as the owner Chris has also offered us the use of his car for the second season of our TV show. While the decision is up to the Producer, my vote is "yes".
On TV what you want to see on car guy shows is "eye candy", that is something that will make someone channel surfing to stop and check out what's going on and the bright Synergy Green color accomplishes this as do a lot of hot or bright colors.
Just talked to PJ and he's going to be here at 9:00am for the Mad Scientist Video we're making in the morning and then he'll be with us starting at 5:00pm to work on the Camaro.
Tommy is bringing his 1970 Camaro and Chris, the owner of the 1969 Camaro Pace Car e-mailed me this morning letting me know he's also going to be here.
That plus Kyle, Rene, Adam, Robert, Hector, and I'm sure even more people than I know of and we're going to have a full house... Plus Amy whose wearing a psychedelic dress to go with the Dodo Juice fonts and graphics in their labeling.
This will be a lot of fun...

Ron and I would really like to attend again if it is OK with you. We learned a lot last time and enjoyed the opportunity test out all the different products you carry. Ron's considering buying a new wheel and wants to get some more experience with the different models you have.

You bet Scott. We have a bunch of new people attending tonight and I don't know how bad the paint on the Camaro is as I haven't seen it yet so we'll either have a LOT to do or a little but no matter what it's going to be fun.

Don't drink the Liquid Phase!
Going to go set-up for tonight's project... we have cold Coke and Diet Coke icing down...

The Camaro has arrived...
The sun is sinking fast so it's going to be hard to capture the condition of the paint but I'll try...
If you look closely you can see light swirls and scratches in the paint...
On page 37 of my how-to book, I list 11 paint condition catagories...
The paint on this Camaro falls into category 2. Excellent Condition we're going to reastore it to 1. Show Car Quality. by machine polishign with a fine cut polish and the applying the Cucumber Explosion Car Wax!

How to apply a paste wax by machine
On page 106 and 107 I show 3 ways to machine apply a paste wax. One of the methods is to clean the handle of the wrench that comes with your DA Polisher and use it like a butter knife to spread the wax over the face of the foam pad.
Kyle massaging the wax over the paint...
Switching to another camera for some close-ups where the camera needs to be stationary...
