My Sister owns a navy 2003 Mazda Tribute which is a daily driver and is kept outside. I try to give it a nice cleaning every year.

It's that time of year again! The finish really holds the gloss nicely. I've used Menzerna on it a time or two. Previous times, I used the FLEX DA. This time, the cyclo is doing the work(doesn't make as much mess and doesn't require taping stuff off). I went to orange pads and S.I.P. as it did have some pretty nasty snow removal scratches(I'm guessing). + I.P. and the green pads didn't cut quite as well. I'll either go to PO85RD or Nano on the white pad followed by Collinite 476S to finish things off. It's a really nice finish and once done, glows beautifully. Love when it's swirl/scratch free.

This is just one stage so far. It almost looks black in this lighting. I'll add more as I go.

Gorgeous reflection shot and nicely done! :props:

Thanks, JUST gettin' started :D

[EDIT] here are a few BEFORE shots. NOT too bad...but it needs TLC. Pretty good seeing it's been driven through car washes etc for a year.

I took my sweet time on this one. SIP and NANO worked their magic. I was hesitant to try 845 on this one, but figured, what the heck. This vehicle has always been protected by Zaino. I wanted to see how easy it was to use 845(Collinite) with the cyclo and blue pads. And easy it was! Two little dots go a long way! I think I did half the vehicle with that. It just goes on and on! Covers nicely. LOL, not sure about this drying to a haze part, but it's on there and it's drying. I MIGHT go with a coat of 476S on top after I wipe it off, not sure yet. Here are a few pictures from SIP/Nano to the 845 drying. I'm digging Collinite thus far, having only applied it on two vehicles. We'll see how it holds up :)

845 drying after applying it with the cyclo using blue pads. A THIN coat(maybe three drops total) was applied.

It's barely there, I love this stuff! VERY easy to work with.

I've had this cyclo since the early 90's. It's been left out in the rain, done hundreds of cars, and keeps on truckin'!

Just waiting for it to dry. Looking glossy!

The vehicle seems to be in pretty good shape considering it only gets once a year love. Keep up the good work. I am sure your sis must love you.

:-) She is in Florida right now. And yep, I wish I could maintain this vehicle a bit more. It does have a terrific finish for what it's used for and for sitting outside all year long. A few RIDS here n there, but that's common on most daily drivers. It really turned out beautifully and I think I am in love with collinite products hehe! Wow! I'll back it outside and snap a few pics.

I am VERY happy with how it turned out :) Menzerna SIP/Nano and Collinite seem to be a winning combination :). I did an IPA wipe down prior to applying Collinite. I never did previously but it never stopped the Zaino from being durable. :) Let's see how it holds up. I can't lie. I did apply a coat of 476S on top of the hood as well as the 845. 476s is a dream to use. No complaints. And I'm assuming it's wipe on, wipe off? to a degree? For the heck of it, I tried letting it sit for a half hour on the roof. Wiped off effortlessly.
