Sites to search for locations?

I would like to invest in a shop for my company. Forget the overhead costs and this and that I understand. What site or how do you search for properties? I’ve found some on Craigslist and realtor but I know there’s more.

You should be able to go to Zillow or the other site that's like that, which I can't think of the name of right now. They have sections for both purchase and rental.

You might try contacting some local commercial real estate agents as well.

Websites and pictures only tell part of the story. You really have to see the property in person to make sure if it is definitely for you. Affordable commercial properties are not always located in the best parts of town. Make sure that it is an area where your customers will want to visit.

My local real estate companies, the ones that sell homes, also sell small commercial properties. You can sort them on their websites.

I will definitely be checking it out and the demographics prior. I want to stay close to where I am, believe me I don’t want to drive into those parts of town ekther lol. I’ll ask some local agents just prefer something I can do on my own to avoid 1000 follow up calls.
