CG Glossworkz. I added 1 ounce to 4 gallons of water. WOW, the lubricity is great!!!! Good cleaning ability and the paint seemed somewhat glossier. I'm most impressed with it's slick feeling when washing, though.

And it doesn't suds up too much and rinses really easily. Top it with V7 and you will smile even more.

CG really makes great wash products.

Will have to try this out once my gallon of CG Wash and Clear runs out!

Just added the gallon to my order. Hope you are right. Thanks for the input, was wondering about this shampoo. Much appreciated.

Hmm....

This is very surprising. I used a 16oz bottle of the stuff and thought the cleaning was below average, the gloss enhancement was lacking and that it wasn't overly Luberious.

Just goes to show, everyone's results will vary. Glad to here you like this one Mark.

What was your dilution ratio and was that with a foam cannon or 2 bucket system? Just curious with the results might have to take it off the order now.

I always used it in a 2BW per the directions on the bottle. I think 1oz w/ 4-5 gallons of water.

Using this in a foam gun is just a waste IMO. This soap is more expensive then others and the gloss enhancement is for when washing. If you foam you will simply rinse it off...

I would suggest picking up a 16oz bottle to try if you are interested. Like I said, I didn't care for it. But others obviously love it. And I trust Marks opinion.

IMO a great alternative to Glossworkz is Duragloss 901/902. And it is almost half the cost...

Thank Troy, I really appreciate that. :dblthumb2:

Honestly, I've tried many shampoos, and never really noticed the lubricity difference from them. With Glozzworkz, right away, I noticed.

To each their own. :dblthumb2: :props:

I am sure whatever the ingredient(s) that make it so thick probably attribute to the apparent increase in lubricity.

why would you order a gallon of something before trying it ???

my advice is to ALWAYS buy the small bottle first. Like mentioned above, personal experience with products can vary GREATLY. There has been many cases where I absolutely hate a product that is absolutely loved on the forum. come to think of it, this has happened to me a LOT.

Live and learn, but thats my advice for the day. always test out a product before going in head first and buying a gallon.

Save money with the larger size and if I hated it I would just use it as my wheel washing soap.

I think what doesn't get talked about enough when it comes to car wash products especially those for maintenance purposes ...is the condition of the paint and what LSP was used.

That makes a huge difference in how any car wash performs so when I read about best this or best that when it come to car wash products I take step back and ask myself ...does what I use work great on my own car? If it does I stick with it. I don't change products because it gets a rave review.
