Slow shipping from AGO.

I noticed in AGs shipping terms that they do use USPS to ship some of their packages (mostly overseas). Is it possible to ship our domestic order via USPS Priority Mail if we request it in the comments box?

When I placed my last order, I requested USPS instead. I got put on hold for about 25 seconds maybe 30? Lol

Then she got back on the phone and said, no sorry we can't.

I was happy that at least she tried. And placed my order anyway. (I don't stress out about the small things in life)

Few extra days is not going to be the end of the world (hopefully )

I have called them twice since my last order questions about my next order

Blue foam wool pad has more cut then the purple pad.

I'll stick with 3M rubbing compound when I am wet sanding, half or entire cars.

I should use my AutoScrub 6" pad with a PC over my future Flex. (Makes sense, because the PC is less aggressive)

You dislike their shipping rates, but what about their customer service?

Shipping rates aren't their fault, its expensive to ship to HI. But there are less expensive options that they simply will not do. So i guess i also dislike their customer service, since I basically got no service except the email telling me the online shipping quote was wrong and they needed another $150 to ship.

Did you call them? Jw, because from what I have read and from my own experience they usually bend sideways for the customer.
