Smeared and hazy

I have a 2006 Ford F150, Black and I washed the truck and polished it with Klasse AIO and then use Meguiars NG2 to wax, and from about 5 feet in it looks wonderful , but start to back away and it looks like it is all smears. It was all done by hand, any ideas what I did wrong and what i need to do to rectify it
 
You most likely didn't completely wipe off the Klasse or Megiar's. Try using a misting a quick detailer on the paint and wiping with a microfiber towel.
 
I ran into this a couple times. Espeacially with some blacks, you need to get all the polish off(rewash then IPA, mineral spirits, whatever). Some QD's cause the prolem also. In some instances don't qd before you wax.
 
I had this problem on my car (Black VW) and polishing with a DA got rid of the haze. I first tried to polish by hand but that didn't cut it so bought a DA and never looked back. Good luck!
