Yeah Salt-X is an anti-salt solution, and they make an APC called salt buster that is automotive safe. I use it on the paintwork and wheels as well and with the powerwasher it takes the road salt right off, good stuff.

I cant really say for sure how good the Karcher wax works, but I have yet to encounter rusty bits on the undercarriage. It does leave something behind, the plastic stuff looks like it was sprayed with a protectant or something. I figure if they sell the stuff in Germany it probably works because that place is salt-city for 6 months of the year. Also, I havent really found an alternative product, so...
 
I have a few question can it be used with any pressure washer or does it to be Karcher and does it have to be gas or electric pressure washer with a certain amount of psi and gpm ? Thanks
 
Its funny, I see these all the time for sidewalk and driveway cleaners, they just flipped it upside down. Only thing that stinks is the proprietary quick connect system. If you could use it with other PW's might make that much easier to buy. Although, I'm not against getting a good Karcher and mounting it to the wall!

It is designed to be used with Kärcher pressure washers featuring their proprietary quick disconnect system. Should be used with their electric pressure washers. Limited to 2300psi

It utilizes the same head design featured in their pavement washer.

Time to pick up a Kärcher pressure washer. :xyxthumbs:
 
I was researching this on Amazon and one of the reviewers was able to purchase an adapter for his pressure washer. It's called "Kärcher Adapter B" - this is apparently for older pressure washers with a threaded connection. So, maybe there's a chance there's an adapter out there for other models if this doesn't fit.
