Solvent for car paint

Does anyone here know what the solvent for most common car paints is? I need to repair a small scratch and want to know what I can use to clean up tools and brushes afterwards.

PS - I have a Hyundai and do have the manufacturers touch-up paint.

Agree with Dave for CLEANING up the tools etc.

I add, do NOT use 'lacquer thinner' blindly for thinning the paint. Even though LT will thin it out, it may very well not be compatible with the paint. Always refer to what the paint manufacturer recommends.

I've learned the hard way, just wanna give ya a heads up.
