how should I clean my foam pads and what shall I use?

do I need to use a conditioner while polishing or is that overkill?
?
should I be using a condition brush while polishing etc?

You want to brush off, clean on the fly or at least air blast each time you lift the polisher from the paint

how to clean and what to use when done?
should I use conditioner?

I have a bucket I mix some d114 in, and toss each pad in once I'm done. When I'm finished with the job I pull them out one by one and scrub with my pad brush and then press the hose to the pad and rinse until the water running out stays clear. Then I spin dry and hang upside-down until next use

I've never used it in that way so I'm not sure.

I don't see any reason to use conditioner; it'd be just one more product on the pad and I prefer to have clean pads. I save conditioners for my hair. hehe.
