Some recent jobs by Advanced Detailing of South Florida

I'm jealous! Just curious

No problem for asking.
I have seen comments before about me seemingly only working on cars that need very little done.
Hey, i've even been called a hack before.
Yet, i seem to do quite a bit more work than others AND i don't advertise or post anywhere but this very thread.
Not bad for a hack.
I just don't bother with the long write ups and a multitude of pictures.

I also don't post "how to" videos or trying to come up with a "joe Blow' method.
I think if you mention my name to most "known" detailers around the nation, the majority won't have a clue who i am.
I don't participate on any forums, don't do shows, don't do reviews etc.

As long as i'm known in south florida , that's all i care about.

I honestly wish more people had the same thought perspective as you do. Sometimes all you need is a few pictures to tell a story.

I agree let the work speak for itself!! Great work at that. BTW my favorite shot is probably on one of the cheapest cars in the whole thread but the reflection on the blue mustang hood was insane.

P.S. If you ever need an apprentice I am willing to move to a warmer climate ;)

No work pics, but today i went by one of the many custom shops down here in south florida to talk about them sending their clientele my way for their details.
Some of my clients are having their cars customized there so they've seen my work.
For those of you who don't know, the majority of professional athletes from ALL sports have houses down here and keep numerous cars down here. That keeps several shops busy all year round with new builds.

Anyway i just took a couple of quick pics before i walked into the office

Send me your number.
Just today i get a call from a guy asking : 'what time do you close, i want to bring my car in for a cleaning"

I'm thinking, are you sure you called the right place?
i said, i don't do cleanings and i go by appointment only.
he says, do you have an appointment available tonight.
Dude, i don't do what you're looking for.

I just clicked on your thread and this was my reaction  lol

How many cars do you knock out a day? generally speaking

This client drove down from West Palm Beach to get Opti Coat Pro applied even though he found a detailer in his area that could have done the job.

I finished the track car we have in the shop. No show car finish here but it had to look at least presentable when we go racing.

My long time client brought his 10 sec CTSV wagon in for some work and took this video of him taking off.

Btw, after a few months of me not being able to fit him in my schedule he reluctantly reached out to another detailer.
He received a return call after more than 2 weeks, at which point i had promised him that i would take care of his car again.
This guy used to be on this forum.
I'm not bringing this up to thrash anyone, merely mentioning it because i am always astonished when i hear how others conduct business.
I get PM's , asking how i built my business.
Tip #1, be attentive to your clients.
This particular guy , i have had numerous new clients tell me that they reached out to him first and couldn't get a return call.
Or he was a no-show after confirming an appointment.

This job is not done yet but i wanted to post some pics because i have other projects going on.
Didn't want these to get lost in the mix.
In a couple of days i should have the finished results.

The "after" pics are all after compounding only , so plenty of imperfections still.
