Nice- does three coats make it any nicer looking than one coat?

Damn! I don't like white cars but goodness that looks beautiful! I've never seen a white car shine like that.

Damn! I love the 370s! Beautiful work! Nice exhaust too!

Thanks slim...

Usually not, as the 1st coat is the base, then the 2nd covers any missed spots, then the 3rd is just icing on the cake :) The difference is probably minimal at best, it could be just my eyes deceiving me, but to me, I do notice a slight difference. The paint just seems to look "wetter". White is hard to get depth and reflectivity on for sure, but when viewed at an angle with lots of light (flourescent or other), it really dances on the paint.

I never got that much "dancing" with other LSP's on white. SN was hands down the best.

Hey Alko...how's the Acura treating ya? I miss my Integra! Thank you very much. I never liked white either... until I saw Nissan's "pearl white" on this Z, sitting at the dealer lot last September. Wife and I were sold on it. I had 5 black cars (various, honda's nighthawk black with flake, along with Nissan's flat black before)

Damn! I love the 370s! Beautiful work! Nice exhaust too!

Thank you sir. The exhaust is my favorite feature on the car...looks, sound, and performance :) Those invidia's with Ti tips are just a sight to behold.

Looks nice but what does it really look like without all the photo effects?

:iagree::iagree::iagree::iagree:

thats what i want to see as well... natural pictures... not edited pictures.

unless items like contrast were played with as well, an HDR image only balances light and tones between different regions.

Pretty cool stuff which I'm sure Bill knows all about.

Just asked a pro I know about this and she sent me this link:

High Dynamic Range (HDR) Photography in Photoshop

yes its pretty cool stuff but not in this category. Personally i prefer to see the true actual shot rather than enhanced picture. I would rather see how that pearl white truly looks rather than edited.... just my opinion.

Come on guys.... I've been on this forum long enough. You guys know me... lol. Richard we even traded samples, lol. You guys know I keep my car spotless and freshly detailed EVERY time... hehe. No rain ever. The photos were HDR because they were cool... new thing I am getting into for photography.

But to cater to you, here are some non-HDR photos. Folks who know me on this forum and have seen my car and know me can attest to the power of SN as an lsp :props:

My point is for white colored paint, it's very hard for pics to capture how good it looks, except only in person. Black and Red look great in pics and in person...

those look alot better! :dblthumb2:

I painted my mustang white and i will soon be wetsanding it all and doing a 3 step polish. White is those kind of colors that take a lot of work to make them stand out a lot. it is possible, just that it requires its work and time to get that look! :xyxthumbs:

Very, very nice...awesome car.
BTW I do like the non-HDR pics as well. That pic with the industrial bldg in the background is money. Good job!

And here's a shot of the pearl white... I love the flakes, esp in the sun. SN really makes it pop.

Trust me, I'm in no way doubting you or your work :). I was just curious how it looked without the effects. Your first group of pictures posted were cool and I wish I had the ability to operate photo enhancing software. Bill Morton (aka LegacyGT) said something once to the tune of "some photos need adjusted to show a truer version of the image that better represents how we see it" and I completely agree. I'm just a simple person I suppose.

These are just beautiful shots! :props::props::props: In fact, I think AG should use this under their description of the wax!

Thank you... yes, that's one of my fave shots... I like the chaos in the background, leading to order by my car :)

Great looking Z car !!!

Thanks Pat, I am sure it can't hold a candle to your twin t Z ;)

Fantastic!

Thank you much.

Thanks Richard. Yeah wouldn't that be something, maybe they'll use that shot for the AG store :D

Stunning! I love the 370Z

Thanks Bobby... I still use Colly 845 on my other daily cars ;) per your recommendation. A great find.

I'm late to this discussion but for anyone who doubts that this car looks this good or better in person, I can assure this car is like liquid white pearl when you see it in person. It's like the paint actually has some "fluid" characteristics to it.

I like the HDR shots too and it's important to note that any picture is not what the eye sees. They have not made a camera yet that shows exactly what YOUR eyes see. In fact each of us sees the exact same thing in different ways. I know that now as I'm getting more and more near sighted the older I get .

BTW: The OP took the HDR shots of my Vette that you see in my avatar. As it's not professing to show off any product or process it is simply a beautiful shot of a beautiful car IMHO.

One exceptional Z. Absolutely stunning vehicle and photography.

I love the HDR pictures and don't care if they are doctored or not.

Does the Jetseal and EZ creme make a difference when using Supernatural?

What else have you tried on the Z?
