Had quite a lot of people PM and email me when I mentioned it awhile ago, finally found the form that I saved and scanned it. They changed it now (St of FL, and I wonder what happened to the person lol), but it was a new form we had to use for our business. Read the circled part, notice anything that looks a tad outta place:D, they also put in Commercial which is main part of my business and the form isn't even applicable in a Comemrcial transaction anyway.

I GOT IT, the words "mortgage loan" should be changed to "borrower"!

Surfer--I caught it the first time--but make my substitution after the f-word and you'll see what I was doing.

I see the f word. This is for real, right?
Yes lol. A couple months ago Florida change some of their forms to use. I just happened to skim through this one to read it and had to re-read that paragraph a couple times, I kept reading like "no way it did not just say that" lol.

I wonder how many people sent that form out to clients? Florida Financial Office didn't even care when we called, they were just like "oh, ok we'll fix it no big deal". There was also another section saying it was for Commercial loans which is the main part of my business, Commercial isn't regulated by RESPA so these forms have nothing to do with it, don't know who the hell they have working in their office typing this stuff up...
