By this point I'm amping the product up and really working it in, then I'm letting I'm applying more and letting it sit for a few minutes and then going back to work it in, then I proceed to rinse off with a jet stream (firehose nozzle ftw) then I proceed to dry with a cloth -> everything is microfiber of course ;)

no dressing protectant etc -> I restored it to a like new appearance, very happy with the outcome and for the amount of product used very inexpensive
No good things last forever so i proceeded to dress and protect the trim from UV etc

spray on let sit for a few minutes -> buff off

Very happy with the outcome, so what are you waiting for?
note the dressing can be subbed for better products / alternatives, this was just gifted to me awhile back, however I would like to see autogeek carry some of autoglyms line

Im going to try the water spot removal on my daily driver. I really don't have a lot of water spots, very few, but for arguement's sake, if the whole hood lets say had them, can you use that product and go over the whole hood at one time like a wax?

I've never used it for such a large application but as long as you rinsed all of the product off and dried you'd be fine, have you tried just polishing them out? That's what I did in my son1c blue paint correction thread if you search it - on my phone lol

Um...that was water spots? Looked like wax residue to me.

Oh...so you used the water spot remover to get the wax stains off?? Nice job thinking outside the box--worked well.

Try using 1Z einszett Plastic Deep Cleaner on exterior plastic trim. If you use it with a Magic Eraser you can easily remove the white chalky dead plastic. Removes embeded wax on trim also.

having used both products., I would imagine that the CG water spot remover is a much stronger product than the 1z plastic clean. The CG water spot remover is acid based and works well on what looks to be trim also.
