As far as I know only a few people in the US have been using 22ple and it's not yet available for purchase (soon though) and there is very little info available on it and I've seen zero long term testing data.
Best is subjective and they all seem to have unique traits that appeal to different people.
Based on the coatings I've used (C1, Cquatz & Opti-Guard/Coat) I'd have to say Opti-Coat is the best, at least it terms of durability.
