Had a nice break in the winter weather today and decided to wash, nanoskin, and apply a 2nd LSP. This is Sonax Netshield over WDGPS. Netshield is the quickest and easiest LSP I've ever applied and the reflections are AMAZING!

Sorry for the bad pictures. Daylight was fading quickly.

Easiest eh? I found it pretty time consuming, but I was being very anal about application. Did you have a different way of applying it than Phil @ DD?

That being said, I think it's the best LSP on the market right now short of coatings.

I applied the Netshield to paint, chrome, headlights, taillights, and wheels with a yellow foam applicator pad in about 1-1/4 hours and was working diligently to make sure I had attained total coverage. I found that working a 3'x3' section at a time allowed for easiest application and removal leaving no streaks and a nice clear reflection. Although I could have cut it back to an hour, I went around and buffed with a clean cobra jr towel afterwards. Applying the Netshield over WDGPS was a breeze! This truck is about as big as they come and to my surprise the can easily still has more than 3/4 of its contents remaining! A little goes a very long way which is a plus given the price! :-)

Sonax Polymer Net Shield, sonax polymer netshield, sonax profiline polymer netshield

looks great. i always wondered about this product. but along the same lines......

Prima Hydro MAX Super Spray Polymer

short of a coating, this stuff was a game changer. one of the eaisest LSP i have ever touched.

Thanks! I'm looking forward to seeing what the long term durability will be given the fact that we get lots of cold temps, snow, sand, and salt.

I haven't tried Prima yet but may just give it a shot based on all the positive reviews that I've read. For now, I'm thinking Netshield is a keeper!

Wondering how it's going to bond to that Wolfgang.

Given the fact that both WDGPS and Netshield are polymer based, I don't foresee and issues with bonding. I guess time and weather will be the ultimate test. :-)

Looks great! That's a lot of territory to shine!

But some products don't play with each other nicely. Keep us updated!
