Sonax Wheel Cleaner, is it really that better than Armor All Wheel Cleaner?

They are coated, this is from the manufacture: "Finished in Powder Coating with Extra Layer of Clear Coat for Durability"
 
Must have been baked on a Monday.
Old hacker's trick is to spray on/wipe off aerosol tire/engine dressing to hide the damage.
Anything to darken the finish without leaving white residue in the fissures.
