between coats cure time before the next coat??

Give it at least 12 hours. Maybe less if you do it in the morning and let it bake in the sun (After wiping off of course)

Which Souveran ?? Since neither is a sealant, you can put two coats on back to back. With the paste is will allow for a more uniform coverage, with the liquid it might also add some additional durability due to the polymers. Carnuabas dont cure. Paint sealants (WG, UPP, Z, Werkstatt, Klasse) need curing time, waxes dont.

sealant (UPP) should have 12-24 hour before wax as possible.
