Just finished waxing with souveran and want a good detailer to go along with souveran, but NOT the expensive crystal mist....
anything else compatible???

An OTC quick detailer should be fine, but uts up tp you.
 
crystal mist allthough pricy . it really leaves a nice slick wet finish .
 
OID, it is a amazing qd. $20 for 32 oz that can make a gallon of QD.
 
Souveran is a great wax. I like it a lot on my black car. There are a zillion quick detailers out there, and I imagine that all would be compatible with your Souveran. After all, they don't really add that much, and when one is using a good carnauba, I'm not sure one really wants them to add very much. It's sort've like pouring ketchup on a filet mignon.

I would probably go with Megs' Quick Detailer. While I had Souveran on my car, I used Sonus's Carnauba Spritz after washes. It seemed to compliment the Souveran well. Adhering to the principle that the less touches the better for a black car (especially one with soft Honda paint), I only resort to a quick detailer in-between washes if required by bird droppings and bugs.

Meg's Ultimate Quick Detailer is my favorite. It goes with everything and leaves everything slick.
 
i have a lot of FK 1........Good on top of carnuba ????
 
I highly suggest Crystal Mist or Pinnacles Souveran Spray Wax for best results. I have however used Optimum's Gloss Detailer, Fk425, and even Four Star Spray Wax over Souveran paste with nice results.
 
Sorry, i meant FK 425 ........guess ill use that up first.....
 
Fk425 "seems" to offer some anti-static abilities and might be just the choice on Souveran for now ... if you see a CM or SSW BOGO , then jump on it.
 
Finishkare 425 is awesome but I think they might be gone as they were shut down and are now past there re-open date.
 
Crystal Mist is on BOGO right now and at that price it is a very good value !
 
Duragloss Fast Clean and Shine. A fabulous QD spray with super slickness. Also try Surf City's hot rod detailer. they're both pink so that means they're good ; )

SCG Speed Demon spray wax, if you want a QD without wax i recommend SCG hot rod detailer.:buffing:
