souveran ?

so I recieved my BOGO souveran's yesterday for a christmas gift but have a question. Is it ok for the wax to be like it is in the pictures?? none of my other waxes are like this so I was just wondering......??

Probably caused from the cold. Just swipe it with an applicator and will even out.

normal my three tubs look the same and there fine....

thats the way it looks ... sometimes it even has small cracks as hand poured in small batches.
