Well another space shuttle launch went off without any problems. The best part about it is was able to watch it from my back yard. The kicker is we live close to 3 hours away from the Cape Carnaval and we are South. Not only can you see it you can hear it.No words can describe how cool it is too see from so far away.

And aboard was the first Puerto Rican astronaut! Boricua hasta en el espacio!

Edit: My 600th post!

Maybe AG will send some fuzion up too the Cape

Got to go out to the space center for several launches when I was stationed there--night launches were astonishing.

Was cool, I've been to Cape Canaveral to watch but never really watch from the house, South FL as well. What was really cool was after the boosters, you could still see the shuttle, it look like a star that was hauling ass lol.

I use to be stationed at the Cape as a controller, and when the shuttle was launch we had to clear all airspace for 100 miles of there, awesome view I had.

Yeah, unfortunately I was standing on the beach and witnessed the Challenger mishap.
