Just curious as to AJ's detailing cred:surrender:

I really do wish your show all the success in the world but its really hard to keep up with the countless restoration shows. I ask about AJ's cred because IMO shows that are "legit" i.e. people who really know their stuff, like Mike for instance, are critical to success. I for one could care less about "eye candy" to be honest. It would've been cool to have seen Jesse Combs get in on this, she's a real wrench...something I can't say for myself.
 
After spending some time with Mike, AJ will have plenty of detailing cred. But the truth is, eye candy is needed to get people to watch, and help anchor a show like this. There needs to be a narrator of sorts. Its how all these shows work, and AJ is plenty good for that role.
 
Too bad Roshan is off at Dental school. He'd be great for the team.
