Speed settings on PCXP?

So i got a new pcxp and was wondering what are the speed settings for during certain things since i know it dosent run in rpms.
So what would be the settings for wetsanding?? For using m105? For using m205? For using po85rd? For applying waxes or sealants? Or is there a chart to see what each speed setting is suitable for?

I almost always use it on speed 6 unless I'm waxing or spreading a sealant.

The new Meguiar's system requires a lower speed.

Speed 6? Isnt that the max?

Yea that's as high as it goes. Never had any issues at all.

Is 3 a good speed setting for applying waxes and sealants? Or what speed settings do you use?

3 seems good for spreading waxes. I'll sometimes go a tad higher then that if I don't think the pads is rotating enough.

If you haven't already, put a black line on the edge of your backing plate, so when you look down at it you can judge the rate at which its moving (spinning)

Yea i saw mike did that on his backing plates. Im sure going to do that! Im guessing on running it at 5 1/5 when using po85rd, so i can really work the polish into the paint!
