So this gentleman happens to be the brother of the guy with the black 997 I just did. Guy with 997 was so impressed with the correction done on his car, he immediately recommended me to his brother John. John recently purchased a 2006 Black Sapphire Metallic M6 that needed a good bit of love. The previous owner was a doctor, who really didn't give this special car the care it deserved. The hood had been repainted, and the rest of the car was not covered properly. As a result, there were substantial areas with overspray on upper portion of the driver's side door and rocker panel. These defects are illustrated and corrected in the pictures. After thorough inspection, we decided on a multi stage correction to give this black beast the looks to match the V10's tremendous power. After about two and a half days, the transformation was complete!

Moving south to the rocker panels, these areas are often neglected and take a beating being so close to the road

I ended up working from the rear of the driver's side quarter back toward the door

50/50 shots. Proper compounding literally is like peeling away a dead layer of skin

Before moving to the rear portion of the car I decided to focus on the roof area of the car. These carbon roofs get messed up easily due to the soft clear coat used. The upside though, is that they correct very nicely!

Stain on the roof. Easily compounded out

Working in taped off sections allows me to be concise and keep the buffer in a segregated area, with no chance of wandering.

Next up was the rear end of the car. This is another area that takes a beating.

Next up I worked my way around to the passenger side quarter panel. Here are some 50/50s after compound

Wow! Those 50/50 shots of the quarter panel during compounding make me so mad! How can anyone let that happen to such a gorgeous machine? Amazing job on this one.
