Spent some time with the 10 year old today

It's a Vette, a nice one at that, it will always be a beautiful car.

Such a nice lookin' car, why not drive it more? Not flaming you but w/ a blower on it why not enjoy it more, makes the car that much more substantial. The value of the car isn't going to change that much w/ low miles on it, so that's surely not the case, no way. Maybe your too busy, understandable, so what's the deal w/ the low mileage?

Btw is it an auto?

Ya I get what you are saying and I'm not keeping the miles low for value reasons, after all the mods I have laid on it that's out the door. I really just don't have much time to drive it having busy 6 and 7 year old's and the truth is its just therapy for me to help get through winter. Usually every winter I start a project and just do what I can to keep busy. Ya know an hour or two here and there, winter is five months so for me the car keeps me sane.

I do get to the occasional car show and quarter mile pass and it is a manual. I really need to upgrade the diff but that's gonna have to wait a bit, starting a new job so the next six months will be tough with a lot of travel. I have learned so much and my winter project this year will be learning HP Tuners which I can do which I can do on the road. My family is my blessing but the car is my sanity!

Have a great day and I'm going for a drive,

PC

BTW, thanks for the compliment on how nice our car is!:dblthumb2:

Darion, enjoy the ride and I'm so glad to hear your car has a "man pedal" too, what does it run in the 1/4 mile?

11.5 @ 125. Drive it to the track the same way I run it on the street, could use a drag pack and fully built rear diff though...

Ahhh, I see you've got some traction issues, LOL! Now what's a drag pack? Bet you had the best lookin' car at the track too!

Wow busy day yesterday. So a drag pack would be a skinny up front, like a 5x17 wheel and a DR on the back most likely on a 17x10 wheel or so.

As for the car, ya it looked good and is a full feature street ride. But I must say some of the old muscle that comes out is not only fast but look tight too! There are also a few good looking imports that run good. :dblthumb2:
