I can't wait to see the Flyers/Rangers matchups this year, should be good hard-nosed hockey.

Baseball: Red Sox. Being from Colorado it'll be tough if the Rockies get to play the Red Sox in the World Series, but gotta go with the Sox! :D
Football: The Broncos
College: Bama!
Hockey: Avalanche
Basketball: Never been a hoop fan, I guess I'd go for the Nuggets :)

Since I have join the fantasy football league and I trying to keep up with football. Well after consulting with my fantasy football advisor... he has convinced me of the following.

In the NFC the Cowboys are the favorites right
now to represent them in the Super Bowl because of
their high powered offense, but the NFC is so wide
open because there really are no heavyweights in the
conference...I say look out for the Tampa Bay
Buccaneers...their defense is playing really well and
Garcia is a the perfect QB for that system.

In the AFC everyone is talking about the Patriots as
the favorite, and they really are playing the best
football right now. The Colts are the other team
people are talking about, they are the defending
champs, but don't forget about the Pittsburgh
Steelers...they have the type of Defense that can
disrupt the two big boys and they can pound the ball
on the ground. I also like the Jaguars as a dark
horse a lot as well...they have a great running game,
a QB who never turns the ball over and can run and
their defense is solid.

Damn girl to not really know football that was really insightful!
Well.... r_wain told me I could seek help, so I did! I have a great teacher :D R-Wain when this is over, I will tell you who has been helping me. Remember you said you really can't cheat in fantasy football. :D

I'm a huge Gator fan, Buccaneer fan, Devilrays fan, and Nascar fan(and I've got all my teeth and I'm not a redneck:D)

How about that Tim Tebow! Bench presses 225 lbs. 41 times(reps) in a row----he's the strongest guy on the team and he's the quarterback! That's a stud. He WILL win the Heisman one year, if not this one;)

Superman wears Tim Tebow pajamas:D

:iagree:

Also, referring to the Tom Brady vs. Tony Romo thing.......I think Brady showed Romo a thing or two, although I really like Romo.

Tony Romo is just too streaky. Perfect example was the Buffalo game! Brady would never have a game like that! Too compare the too is just insaine :D

Dallas turned it over 6 times, Romo threw 5 picks and 2 of them were returned for a touchdown. They missed a critical two-point conversion and also let Buffalo return a kick-off for a touchdown and they STILL won the damn game. That's some crazy stuff right there...

I don't remember Romo ever having another game like that:confused: He's still a damn good quarterback.

Brady gets WAAAAYYY too much credit and his absolutely INCREDIBLE offensive lines doesn't get near enough. You could put my 7 year old daughter behind the Pats. offensive line and she'd look good. Put pressure on Brady (if you can beat the o-line) and he shows just how fallible he is. Don't believe me just watch the Dolphin game from last year. Jason Taylor stayed in Brady's face and he folded like a cheap lawn chair.

Romo 1st 6 games last year as a starter
12 TD, 5 INT

Last 5 Games before the playoffs as a starter
6 TD, 12 iNT

How is that not the definition of streaky...his INT's
MORE THAN DOUBLED in half as many games and his TD's
were cut in half...seems streaky to me. :D

that was last year........I honestly don't know his stats, but I still think he's pretty darn good.

Ferrari just won the driver and constructors' championship with Kimi Raikkonen. It was a very unusual race in Brazil.

Now the real race is starting on ABC :). Martinsville, Va. Watch for a lot of beatin' and banging!

Tonight ... the Red Sox will come back from 3-1 and win the series.

Pats and Dolphins too ... Pats all the way of course!

Yep, watching "Martinsville Subway 500" right now.

Big night tonight Meghan Red Sox 3; Indians 3; game 7 tonight. Cleveland has never won a game 7 and Boston is favored. You're looking good. Plus, guess who may come in as relief picther.
