Spots people don't think to clean

In addition to what others have already mentioned, during an interior detail there are a few spots that I feel can't go over looked. Both A, B, and C post. All astrays emptied and cleaned. Rear center arm rest let down and cleaned, all clothes hanging racks and handles, REAR WINDOW (believe it or not but I can't tell you how many Seem to have never been cleaned before), compartments on the rear of seats, and I also think opening to glove box and cleaning the surrounding trim makes a heck of a difference... Just my 2cents.
:iagree: Rear windows
i tell all clients that i dont open center console or glove compartment unless they want me to. Dont want to be accused of stealing anything

Attention to "Detail". Nooks and crannies. No picture but the plastic area where the wipers live. Hit everything rubber or plastic with 303 or similar.

When doing the interior, I always make sure I clean the gas/brake/clutch/and E-brake peddles. This seems to be one area a lot of people miss. IMO, it really ruins a great looking interior detail when these items are not properly cleaned.

Top 1'' of the window. If you have a frame around the glass you need to roll it down to clean the very top.

One place I've never cleaned but did yesterday was behind the license plate and boy was it dirty behind there. Had to hit it with some m105 and m205.

Cup and change holders.

Moving the shift lever out of park and cleaning the plastic in the shift channel. You'd be surprised how much soda, coffee, dirt, and dust gets down in there.

Spare tire compartments.

All of these!

Plus the two that always aggravate me are the wheel wells and under the "wing" on the trunk.

I de-grease the wheel wells and use a treatment on them to shine them up. Makes a big difference when the customer squats down to look at their wheels and brake calipers.

And sometimes I will even remove the wing entirely to be able to correct under it. If it's a really nice car it's worth it. And you wouldn't believe how much crud there can be under the support towers.

Pull up the parking brake to clean the section of the lever hidden inside the console.
