Spots/stains on vinyl stripe

Hello fellow Geeks. Can someone provide some guidance as the best way to either remove, eliminate (don't say take off) or reduce the stains on this vinyl stripe? The car is a 2012 Camaro SS 45th Anniversary Edition. View attachment 33735View attachment 33736

What have you tried thus far?

Meg's cleaner wax, XMT360. That's really been about it. I want to avoid damaging.

Can that type of material be polished?

Hard to tell from the pics. Is that the kind of vinyl that has the glossy clear layer?

Looks like water spots. You could try Carpro spotless or any water spot remover for that matter.
Did you see any improvement from the cleaner wax?

Smitty I don't think the vinyl has s clear over it. I saw a little improvement after the cleaner wax. It could very well be water spots so I may give the CarPro stuff a try.

I have polished the shiney kind with Meg's Ultimate polish and sealed with Sonax PNS or Plexus. These were vinyl with the clear top layer. Without seeing yours in person, I would be hesitant to advise you. I was hoping some of the more experienced and knowledgeable members would have a good solution for you.

I have used CarPro Fixer: Compound & Polish on those stripes with great success. Mild pads.

Any paint cleaner should do! I got a couple videos using three different products from DG, Meguiar's and 3D.

My favorite was the 3D LVP.
