This past year I purchased 2 spray bottles like the one pictured with the long curved siphon tube & was totally impressed with it because of the pressure & siphon tube. I can use it at almost any angle & use almost all the product in the bottle. They’re soooo good, I recently bought 3 more. To my disappointment, they came with very short siphon tubes & not as efficient as the old bottles. Now I wonder, are they the wrong siphon tubes or is someone cutting back on quality trying to save the almighty dollar?

Sorry about the wide view. Just learning how to add pics.

I wouldn't necessarily say cutting back on quality as it's probably the same bottle and the same siphon material. It IS definately saving cost though - looks like two inches of siphon hose per bottle times however many bottles are sold. That probably equals a good savings = more profit. Nothing wrong with that, a corporation should try to be cost effective; after all that's why they're in business.

As a user, you (and others) now have to decide if the change is better or worse and if you should now purchase another vendors bottle that meets your specifications.

By the way, it looks like the whole handle assembly has changed configuration also.

Totally understand your point. Not cost effective in my case. For that reason I wouldn't buy another one, and for what? One or Two cents?

go for the kwazar sprayers!!! there awesome :xyxthumbs: sorry to hear about your situatiion though

What kind of warranty do the $15.99 bottles come with?

Yeah! but 16.00 a bottle?

that's what i was thinking too. some may not want the double spray action, as you may use up more product (depending on what you are using it for). for example when i QD, i like to lay down a small fine mist similiar to the megs bottles, and using too much QD is not needed...

you guys crack me up!!! as far as me buying them i dont really spend much on detailng stuff. so i kinda treated myself.. but there are not cheap i agree.

meh.

I'd need like one, at most. For Wheel cleaner. It lets you lay down a lot with half the trigger squeezes, otherwise no interest.

For that kind of money ($16/bottle) you could buy a 1 liter spray pump at Lowes/Home depot.

Actually, less. I bought a small garden sprayer for $9.24. Fill it, pump it, and spraaaaaaay...
