Springtime photoshoot, weather is finally cooperating, in the 60's and 70's this week... Marilyn went under the knife as follows:

- washed with Pinnacle Brilliance and ONR
- dried with FK425
- spot buffed using PC/white pad + Power Finish/gray pad + Blacklight
- detailed with CG Hybrid V7 all around
- LSP'd with CG Pete's 53

Also showcasing Marilyn's new tint and clearbra (which you can't see, lol). I decided to try some dusk shots this time. Shots taken with Nikon D60... Non-HDR shots are untouched, which are shown first. HDR shots follow, composed of 5 exposures.

Enjoy.

First here are the non-HDR shots.

As a Professional Photographer those are some first rate images of a gorgeous car in a great location, with very good lighting. Well done!

Those are a great combination of choices. Blacklight topped with Pete's 53 and then V7 is well.... Your pics speak for themselves.

That is one great looking Mustang! I love that color.

Love it! Thanks for posting. Hope the drool doesn't short out my keyboard, lol.

Nothing beats this look IMO. Still looking awesome.:props:

Thanks Chris. Hey, btw, what are you going to do now that there's no frozen lake up there, being this warm. Where are you going to park your Truck for some photos? :)

GREAT looking stang!!

Thanks man!

Looks awesome. How do you do the HDR photos?

HDR is high dynamic range. You need at least 3 exposures, -1, 0, -1 or similar. Then you need an HDR program that will merge them for you (easily available nowadays).

Gorgeous mustang job! Absolutely love the 3rd and 4th shot

Thank you! The front end is sinister! Some folks don't like the fogs, but I love them.

Wow thank you for the kind words guys. Coming from you guys, that means a lot. Good photos combined with great products like CG = great things :)

That's a freaking Poster shot , good job

Thank you guys. Much appreciated. As you can tell, I love photography as much as detailing. I'm still trying to get much better at both.

That is one fine stang. :) Really love the Kona blue!!

Thank you! Yes, kona is the reason why I got a 2012. They omitted it from the 2013 and beyond colors!?!?!? :(

haha.... I find myself doing that sometimes with the pics all of you folks post here. Thank you for the kind words.

Looking Hot!!! I hope you are getting out for some cruises this week with our super nice weather :)

I heard the eliminated the Kona color because of the Tsunami. I guess it came from Japan and production wasn't restarted after the disaster. I was also told that Tuxedo Black came from the same plant but they found another one to manufacture it and it doesn't quite look the same.

Always love your photo shoots. Clean as always too.

Thank you much! I need to see more pics of your S2k ;)

Thanks Bill. Oh you know it man! I'm driving her today, and all week. It's getting dusty (only thing I hate about driving it...lol) though, so I will have to ONR her usually after 2 - 3 days worth of dust. LOL.

Awesome! I just got my stage 2 upgrade done last weekend, so I have been crusing a lot as well:props:

I need to get you to come out to a track day with me sometime.

Funny you mention this Bill. Mike (mdb917) mentioned that he and I need to take a cruise to Des Moines to visit another fellow Autogeek detailing fanatic. Since I have my clearbra now, she's highway ready. And so, we should do that this summer and meet up. What you think?
