Got my parts today in the mail. I hope 1 liter of fluid is enough, I couldn't find anything specifying total brake fluid capacity. And yes I know I bought dot 4, I did that intentionally.
Also picked up a new low profile 3 ton jack at HF. Here it is next to my tired 1-1/4 ton guardian jack. Have had it as long as Ive been alive. So its 25+ years old. Still works, but I think I ought to bleed and change the fluid (only problem is I don't know which bolt leads to the filler or the bleeder). Sometimes it has trouble jacking up all the way. Other than that its been rock solid. Too nostalgic for me to get rid of it.
I wanted to replace it with a low profile jack as I have drive my car onto 2/4's to get the guardian under the subframe. It also takes like 30 pumps to get to max height.
