i use to use that but now anything i wanna spice up i just add water or juice from whatever i am cooking into a blender then in goes some Ghost Peppers
I'm curious to what you're making because i recently acquired a 'shipment' of those from a friend's garden.. I'm not sure what I want to do with them yet.
I have put them in chili, made a bottle of spicey mustard, i even made home made itailian beef that ended up with 2 habaneros and 3 ghost peppers in the juice. put them in whatever you want. i just throw them in the blender in some liquid and liquidfy them then dump it back into the dish and let it simmer
Damn.. agreed to all those ideas!
I have a flank of venison in my freezer that I may just try out a marinade on. throw a ghost pepper in the mix.
Thanks DG,
go for it. my girlfriend has a guy at school that claims to eat spicey food so i sent some itailian beef with her and well her school nicknamed it killer beef. lol. and that was within 5 minutes of him taking the first bite. lol
i wanna try some of these peppers Trinidad Scorpion Butch T. they are the new worlds hottest peppers. ghost peppers(Bhut Jolokia Chili Pepper) is rated at 1million scoville unite and the Trinidad Scorpion Butch T is rated at 1.5million scoville units.
