Steam Cleaner

Thanks for all the help guys
I decided to get the McCulloch because I sniped a barely used one on ebay for $70 with everything included so I thought why not. In the future I may spring for the Mytee but for now I hope it serves its purpose:xyxthumbs:

I had a Wagner 905 for about a year, I used it on and off. The lower prices steamers produce a little more of a wetter steam. I recently just purchased a VC-4000c. It is made by the same company that makes the VX - 5000. This is just a little more of a commercial version. View attachment 17899

A steamer is def a great tool to have but if I can offer any advice to with the larger of the two machines bc more often then not you will grow into it and not the other way around. Also a comment was made about temps being 300+ on a certain steamer. After many conversations with several steamer manufactures, that is referring to boiler temp and not the temp of the steam at the nozzle. Several have told me that anyone claiming 300 degrees + at the nozzle is false advertising.
Also in regards to the comment about anything over 200 degrees melting things on the car , it possible if you hold the steamer in one place for prolonged periods of time, but using common sense cleaning you will be fine.
Renny Doyle has a very good video on steamers that is very informative that I would also recommend.
