Hello mike sir,

i have some polishes and glaze, plz give suggestion to in which product i want to use for next to next process

1.CARPRO FIXER
2.SONUS PAINTWORK CLEANSER
3.SONUS SFX-3 FINAL FINISH POLISH
4.POORBOYS BLACK HOLE GLAZE

in above item i dont know which product i want to use first, second, third and so&so.

PLEASE HELP ME

I will leave this up to mike on his opinion. But I would suggest not to use a glaze at all if your going to do a true correction.Wash clay then fixer, then final polish and void out the glaze and cleanser.I just think you can get good results with less product and steps.all paint conditions are not created equal.so different products will perform better on different paint conditions

What kind of products are obtainable there.

If it's a black or dark color I'd suggest keeping the glaze as part of your steps. I'm biased as a black and dark color car junkie for most of my life. Even on extremely well polished surfaces, glazes will add depth that's noticable on dark colors. Metallics tend to darken up too, some like that, some don't. I do. See, polishes not matter how fine they are, are still abrasive and while you may not see it with a naked eye they do leave polishing marks at a microscopic level. Glazes fill in those tiny imperfections and lines that polishes create and that's where the depth of color comes from. Light travels in and out in straight lines with less of an ability to "reflect" off those microscopic imperfections.

Call me extra OCD, but I put two coats of a glaze on prior to my LSP's and enjoy what they do for me. For me it's Polish, Glaze, Seal then wax. Polishes create that mirror like smooth surface, glazes fill in the micro scratches and create the depth/wet like appearance, synthetic sealants provide a great lasting barrier of protection and then coating them with a nice wax like Collinite 915 or a dark blen of Montain wax will really add a nice tone to dark colors that only a real wax can provide. Let's face it, not everyone is going to polish every inch of a car to perfection nor get everything to a perfect 100% state of correction. In those areas for sure glazing helps.

4.poorboys black hole glaze

If it were me points 1&3 is all that's needed from your selection list, others are redundant.

wash and clay then 1 and 4 topped with a warm carnauba if your looking for depth and pop.you still didn't say what color it is.

Here's how I would go about it. I would start with a test spot.

Test spot instructions. You basically move up in aggressiveness until you find the combination that gives you want you want. You dial in the process before doing the entire car.

1. Try sonus final finish polish on a white pad. Look great? If yes, do the whole car. If not great, see step 2.

Step 2. Try Fixer on an orange pad. All the swirls gone? If yes, see if the sonus final polish on the white or black pads will remove the haze you probably got from fixer. If the area looks good now, do the rest of the car. If the swirls are still there, on to step 3.

3. Try the fixer on your microfiber cutting pads. If that doesn't remove the swirls you're left with two options. Continue to polish and hope you don't go through the clear coat, or just live with the remaining scratches. Again, finish up with sonus finish polish on the white or black pad.

Optional step. Apply the PB black hole. See if you think it adds to the look.

Lastly, apply the wax or sealant of your choice. Just don't use a cleaner wax after black hole, it'll remove it.

The sonus paintwork cleanser, save that to remove the old wax before you wax it again. It's not needed after you use the polishes.

Hopefully someone else can fill in the parts I probably left out.

Also, here's an index of Mike's articles for you to look over.

Can i apply collinite insulator wax and fiberglass boat wax and gtechniq C2V3 sealant ???

The above collinite waxes are cleaner wax????

Of those products, I've only personally used Collinite 845 insulator wax. It's not a cleaner wax, so you would be safe using it over PB black hole if you desired.

Gtechniq c2v3 from what I can tell is a spray sealant and has no cleaners. So it as well could be used after black hole.

If you want to use both, I'd use the gtechniq c2v3 first and follow it with Collinite 845 the following day after giving the c2v3 time to cure.

Collinite fiberglass boat wax. I've not used it. If it's this product: http://www.autogeek.net/boat-wax--925.html I've read that is the same product as 845, only it was given a different name to be marketed for boats. So from my understanding it would be used anytime you wanted Collinite 845.

Hope that helps,
Chris

Ive never used it, so I can't say for certain. I'd think you could get it to work though. I've read a review or two that says fixer finishes pretty well on its own. You honestly won't know for certain until you try it though.
