One of my orders came in today but, all was not sweet. Inside among other items were 4 bogo CarPro Trix. Atleast 2 maybe 3 leaked slightly making all the items stink.

I'd say of the ones that leaked 97% remains in the bottles.

I believe if my order was packed with paper rather than with the packing peanuts. The gallon sized meguiars APC wouldn't have put pressure on the Trix.
 
Give customer service a call with your order number and I am sure some one will respond with a positive result

I got an order last week and all the items had a slight smell of cardboard box. Also, one item was a little crooked. I'm writing a strongly-worded letter to AG!

i got an order few weeks ago of pinnacle waterless wash and the bottle smelled like pinacolada after opening

I actually got an order today and my UWW+ had leaked about 3 ounces. Called someone and left a message around 3pm EST and never got a call back... Will probably call again tomorrow.

-I always opt for the "paper-route" when placing AGO orders...
-You should not have been deprived of having the same opportunity, as well.
-You weren't, were you?


IMHO:
Someday...The USPS, FedEx, UPS, (etc.)...
May require that these types of skunk-essences be shipped
in an even more costly, 'special-containerized' manner...

Why make anyone else smell this stuff; or, even take the chance of
having it: Mess with the Environment...while it's on their watch ?!?!

Autogeek has great customer service! I called customer service to tell them about the bottle of UWW which had leaked quite a bit in my shipment (luckily the paper soaked it all up and everything else survived) and they promptly sent another replacement bottle! This is why I come back again and again. :xyxthumbs:

Very true!

I forgot to mention, the new bottles (now black) feel a little more stout. :xyxthumbs: That should help any possible leakage.
 
I will confirm that TRIX is not for kids but smells like the underside of a sweaty donkey.

ahaaha. This time I feel, it was packed alot better. Snug, and when removing items it was impossible to not spill peanuts= correct amount of peanuts.
